By booking a Frequency Session, you are confirming that you have carefully reviewed and agreed to our disclaimer. Jon Mason is not a medical doctor and Services & Products of Jon Mason have not been evaluated by any medical governing agency. Therefore, these are never a substitute for conventional medical or mental health psychological diagnosis and treatment and should never be regarded as such.
You are hereby informed to NOT rely on Jon Mason and his Products and Services as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare provider. You are hereby informed to seek a healthcare professional in a timely manner for any medical concerns.
You are using Jon Mason Products and Services solely for your own personal interest in spirituality or education.
Cancellation for a Frequency Session received at least 24 hours before the appointment time: a full refund will be issued less a £25 administrative fee.
If cancelling the appointment yourself please email email@example.com for a refund as our online system does not carry this out automatically.
Cancellation for a Frequency Session made within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund and no customer credit will be given.
No Show or Late Arrival for a Frequency Session for any reason forfeits your appointment. No refund and no customer credit in full or partial, no make-up session and no rescheduling will be given.
Personal data in this regard means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, including by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
We will not share your personal data with any third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide you with the services offered by us or to comply with the law. We may use your personal data to follow up with transactions initiated on the Site. We may also use your contact information to inform you for any changes to the Site, or to send you additional information (including periodic newsletters) about the Company, to which you provide permission by providing your personal data.
Your information is not stored unless you purchase a product or otherwise provide affirmative consent for us to collect your personal data for providing the uses set forth herein. Your information will no longer be stored when it is no longer used for the purpose for which it has been collected.

You may review, correct, update, or change your account provided information by contacting us.
